Cardio Dance (chair available)
This 45-min class will make you break a sweat and have fun! Angie's enthusiastic teaching style is totally contagious. Plan on learning various dance moves all while seated in a chair or using the space around the chairs. This class is a great opportunity to work on your cardiovascular fitness, have some fun, and listen to some great tunes!
Deep Stretch focuses on helping your muscles relax and lengthen by spending a little more time in each yoga pose. This extra time allows you to become more aware, mindful and responsive to your body's specific needs. Our staff are experts in helping make sure each posture is supported by props (provided) if needed. Come let us help you take the daily strain off of your skeletal system!
Yin Yoga focuses on longer holds in passive poses. This practice affects fascia, bones and ligaments. Poses are held for 2-6 minutes. Most poses are floor based. We have plenty of props to meet you where you are in your yoga practice.
Gentle Flow Yoga
A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses. This all levels class is perfect for beginners. We have lots of yoga props to meet you where you are in your practice.
Flow and Chill
Warm up with a Gentle flow and then spend some time in restful poses to finish the class. This is a great way to experience both the Tuesday and Thursday 6:45 PM classes. Come join us to get your Mondays off to a great start!
Pilates for All! (chair and standing...no floor/mat work)
I have been teaching Pilates (both equipment and mat) for the past 15 years and have worked with ALL sorts of people. As much as 2/3rds of traditional Pilates exercises include movements that can be detrimental to specific types of spinal issues (stenosis, scoliosis, spodilolisthesis, arthritis, osteoporosis, etc). HOWEVER, we ALL need to work on our posture, core strength and balance! Come see how to modify traditional Pilates exercises to accommodate ALL bodies!
Mat Pilates with Props
Similar to Pilates for All, but we go to the floor and use a mat and props.
A restful, calming class including breathing, gentle flowing movements, passive and supported poses. Gentle Flow Yoga is appropriate for beginning to intermediate students. We have room for 15 so please register online to reserve your spot.
