A Message from the Founder....

If you’re here, reading this now, it’s most likely because someone told you about us.

We don’t do pop-up adds or click-bate to trick anyone to our site…we don’t advertise on tv or radio…we don’t send out unsolicited emails to anyone that hasn’t asked us to keep in touch…and, we don’t pay an SEO company to put us on Google’s first page of search results (and when was the last time you EVER went past the first page???).

So, someone sent you here because YOU want to feel better…or…you want to help SOMEONE ELSE feel better.

Well, the first thing I want to tell you is that I think that’s great…seriously…the first thing that must happen before ANYTHING happens, is that you must start thinking about it. Napoleon Hill said, “the starting point of all achievement is desire.”

Maybe you feel like entrepreneur, author and motivational speaker Jim Rohn, when he said, “take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live."

Or, lately you’ve been thinking that “time and health are two precious assets that we don't recognize and appreciate until they have been depleted", as stated by motivational speaker, writer and consultant Denis Waitley.

Perhaps you feel like the 47th mayor of Minneapolis, Betsy Hodges, when she said, “I find that if I don't have enough physical activity in life, I don't do as well with anything else in my life.”

Or, even like Plato, when he said, “lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it.”

You know it comes down to your habits…like leadership expert, speaker, coach, and author John C. Maxwell said, “you’ll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine.”

And, according to this unattributed quote, “good habits are as addictive as bad habits but much more rewarding.”

But, your habits are one thing that ONLY YOU can change…like Charlie “Tremendous” Jones said, “no one is a failure…until they blame somebody else.”

So, I’d like to invite you to come see us…take a tour…try out some therapies…drop in for an event…meet some other people that have changed their lives because they changed their habits. I’d love to talk to you about YOU…and what you need to have a better quality of life.

Movement Classes

Pilates equipment is available for privates, duets, or classes of up to 4 people. There is floor space for 15-20 participants per Group Class, with weekly classes including:  Yoga, Mat based Pilates, Tai Chi, Strength, Balance, Chair Dance, Chair Yoga, etc.
