A Message from the Founder....
If you’re here, reading this now, it’s most likely because someone told you about us. We don’t do pop-up ads or trick anyone to our site…we don’t advertise on tv or radio…we don't run constant Group-ons...we don’t send out unsolicited emails to anyone that hasn’t asked us to keep in touch…and, we don’t pay an SEO company to put us on Google’s first page of search results. (and when was the last time you EVER went past the first page???)
And, most likely, you're here because YOU want to feel better.
Well, the first thing I want to tell you is that I think that’s great…seriously…the first thing that must happen before ANYTHING happens, is that you must start thinking about it. Napoleon Hill said,
“The starting point of all achievement is desire.”
Maybe you feel like entrepreneur, author and motivational speaker Jim Rohn, when he said,
“Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live."
Or, lately you’ve been thinking like motivational speaker, writer and consultant Denis Waitley,
“Time and health are two precious assets that we don't recognize and appreciate until they have been depleted."
Perhaps you feel like the 47th mayor of Minneapolis, Betsy Hodges, when she said,
“I find that if I don't have enough physical activity in life, I don't do as well with anything else in my life.”
Or, even like Plato, when he said,
“Lack of activity destroys the good condition of every human being, while movement and methodical physical exercise save it and preserve it.”
You know it comes down to your habits…like leadership expert, speaker, coach, and author John C. Maxwell said,
“You’ll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine.”
And, according to this unattributed quote,
“Good habits are as addictive as bad habits but much more rewarding.”
But, your habits are one thing that ONLY YOU can change…like Charlie “Tremendous” Jones said,
“No one is a failure…until they blame somebody else.”
